Investment Actuary, Insurance Solutions
Location: London (can be flexible on location and days in the office)
Salary: Up to £110,000 + bonus
This is an opportunity with international exposure and one that covers several areas of insurance - i.e. Life and Non-Life (including reinsurance). It would suit someone who has either a Life or General Insurance background, that has strong communication skills with the ability to relay complex actuarial concepts to non-technical audiences, and significant knowledge of insurance investments and market risk. You would be joining a company with a global brand and a team that's growing after some good success.

Some of the key responsibilities:
- Use your strong technical understanding of insurance investments to act as a subject matter expert for the team
- Take the lead on various projects and be a mentor to those more junior in the team
- Play a key role in designing and delivering quality investment solutions
- Share your knowledge by advising the wider business and external stakeholders on various aspects related to the area of insurance investments - e.g. assets and liabilities, market risk, investment risk optimisation, investment implementation, asset allocation, portfolio structuring, etc.
