£100,000 - £135,000 Basic + bonus & benefits.

Are you an experienced accounting professional, who works in a Senior Operational Leadership role, from financial services? Do you work for a large scale business and have a track record of leading large teams and managing change? Would you like to change your role and work for a well-regarded financial services organisation, which gives you a platform to develop your skills and challenge yourself in a collaborative environment?

Your new role would be a challenging permanent opening for a financial services business as Director of Financial Operations, based in Manchester with hybrid working 2 days a week from home.

You would be implementing process improvements to streamline financial procedures, leading a high-performing finance team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship. In addition you would have oversight of certain month end adjustments or processes.

In order to qualify for this excellent opportunity you must have a track record in a senior operational role from financial services, managing large scale teams, with a background in accounting/finance. Other requirements include:

• Knowledge of financial systems and how they link together through financial operations
• Leadership of high performing teams and improving overall output
• Demonstrable ability to quickly analyse problems and to devise and deliver appropriate solutions
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
