An exciting, newly-created, role to lead the End Game proposition for this thriving, multi-billion, DB Master Trust.

𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐎𝐋𝐄:

🎯 Lead the End Game proposition (including, run-off, buy in and/or buyout, etc.).
🎯 Advise (and train) Trustee Boards and engage with employers and their advisers.
🎯 Manage insurance deals from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time and on budget.
🎯 Maintain high standards of data security and governance.

𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐘𝐎𝐔:

✅ FCA authorised: to deliver regulated advice relating to risk settlement transactions.
✅ Track record: of delivery on risk settlement transactions (including buy-ins and buy-outs).
✅ Consulting experience: the ability to communicate trustees and employers on their various End Game options.
✅ Credible communicator: someone who is collaborative and able to build effective relationships both within and outside of the Trust.
