A leading firm in the UK Fiduciary Management market is seeking a Business Development Manager to support its ambitious growth objectives. This role is focused on building strong client relationships, driving new business, and achieving AUM and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing relationships with trustees and institutional investors to secure new business opportunities.
• Managing the entire sales process, including generating leads, advancing opportunities, reviewing proposals, and delivering final presentations.
• Collaborating closely with UK and EMEA sales teams to maximize success rates.
• Supporting RFPs, prospecting activities, and pitch processes to achieve business goals.
• Contributing to wider corporate growth targets and mentoring junior team members as needed.

What we are looking for:

• In-depth knowledge and understanding of UK Pension Fund market dynamics, and investors’ needs.
• Strong knowledge of the trustee market.
• CFA Level 1 or progress through Actuarial exams
• Ability to build and nurture relationships with institutional clients.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and presentation skills.
• A collaborative team player with a focus on delivering results.
