About the Role

In this pivotal leadership position, you will report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer and collaborate with senior management to develop and execute strategies that enhance revenue margins and align products and services with market needs.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue margins and monitor profitability.
• Proposition Management: Define new business sources, enhance client offerings, and assess the relevance of existing products.
• Client Development: Strengthen client relationships by focusing on asset growth and strategic client segmentation.
• Operational Efficiency: Drive digital improvements to optimise cost structures and resource allocation.
• Team Leadership: Foster talent development through succession planning, mentorship, and robust reward structures.
• Collaboration & Engagement: Enhance team collaboration and engagement through leadership initiatives and internal surveys.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all regulatory frameworks and Consumer Duty requirements.

 

You should have:

• A proven track record in commercial strategy in asset or wealth management.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong grasp of business dynamics.
• Outstanding communication abilities to convey complex concepts effectively.
• Demonstrable leadership experience with a focus on talent development and team collaboration.
• Experience in a senior role within a high growth environment in the financial services

Basic salary ranges up to £140k, plus an annual bonus and comprehensive benefits package.
