James has over 20 years’ experience recruiting into the financial planning market and joined BWD in 2008, becoming a Director in 2022. He specialises in recruiting mid-senior level financial planning professionals for Private Banks, Investment Houses, IFA’s and Professional Services firms. Operating on both an engaged and contingency basis, James is account manager for some of our most prestigious clients.
