Francis Pappoe has a wealth of industry-rich experience and networks spanning over 20 years in Financial Services and Search Recruitment. As a key leader alongside Tony King for BWD’s new London team, Francis specialises in recruiting for Business & Technology Change and Transformation Programs for Financial Services (including Sell/Buy side, Insurance and Fintech), and Technology Consulting. His expertise also extends to the Innovative Technologies ecosystem, particularly Salesforce.

Francis is adept at unlocking niche talent networks in various technical disciplines and sectors, not only in the UK , but also across Europe , the Middle East, and the U.S where BWD continues to evolve its client reach. He also has a strong interest in securing senior leadership subject matter experts from diverse ethnic backgrounds.
